Where do you Provide Services?

We work with clients across the USA.

How long do Custom Home Plans take?

The time the plans take will depend on many factors. The average time for custom design is between 1-4 Months.


Do you Work with Contractors?

Yes, absolutely. We encourage it! 

Will my Plans be Engineer Stamped?

No, our plans do not include an engineer’s stamp, as requirements vary by municipality. Assistance to secure stamping can be provided.




I Received Revision Notes from My Permitting Department, Now What Do I Do?


If you receive revision notes from your permitting department, there’s no need to worry—this is a common part of the process. Simply send us the details, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments to your plans as required at no additional cost.

Do I Get Paper Plan Sets?

No, we do not provide printed sets of plans, but we’re happy to send the files directly to your local printer so you can print as many copies as needed. Just provide us with their email address, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you Provide Multi Build Licenses?

Yes, we do! Reach out to us with the plan you’re interested in and the number of builds needed, and we’ll provide multi-use pricing details.


Do you Include Site Plans?

Yes, including site plans To provide a site plan, a survey and/or plot plan must be provided to us, by you.
